TERMS OF SERVICE
(i) institutions of higher learning, fraternal organizations, honor societies and other collegiate groups (collectively, "Institutions");
(ii) corporations and small businesses;
(iii) elementary and secondary schools;
(iv) non-profit organizations and charities; or
(v) other organizations
to design and purchase custom merchandise properly describing that relationship.
This Agreement also permits people within the above-referenced types of organizations to sell t-shirts and apparel to individuals in order to raise funds for charitable or other purposes. You understand that by using TeesforthePeople.com and the services available herein, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and the Service solely as provided in this Agreement and that may be changed without notice from time to time when the website is updated. Periodic monitoring and review of the Terms & Conditions of Use are therefore recommended.
TeesforthePeople Inc.’s focus is ensuring that the products and services available to you through TeesforthePeople.com are of high-quality, and provided to you on time and accurately. TeesforthePeople.com accepts returns within 30 days of the end of the campaign for the following reasons only:
- The product(s) (example: t-shirt) itself is flawed or ripped;
- The final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign.
Full refunds will be issued if customers are unsatisfied with their order for the reasons set out above, within a reasonable time-frame decided between the parties. All inquiries about returns should be sent directly and immediately to email@example.com and should include date of campaign, contact person and specific details about the unsatisfactory purchase.
“trademark” is the trade-mark of TeesforthePeople Inc., and all other products, brands, company names and logos and trade-marks displayed on the Web Site or used in connection with the products and/or services displayed or referred to on the Web Site are the trade-marks of TeesforthePeople Inc., or its suppliers or third party licensors. Any use of any of such names, logos or marks that appear on this Web Site without the express written consent of TeesforthePeople Inc., or the owner of the trade-mark, as applicable, is strictly prohibited.

Other trademarks made available through this site, including but not limited to logos, slogans, color schemes and design trademarks, are licensed for use by TeesforthePeople Inc. from organizations, legal entities and other third parties (the "Licensed Marks"). By using TeesforthePeople.com website, you agree to limit your use of Licensed Marks to uses that are directly related to such organizations, legal entities or other third parties and to comply with any restrictions or conditions imposed on the use and access of the Licensed Marks by these parties. You will be notified by TeesforthePeople Inc. if it is discovered that your usage has violated such terms.
TeesforthePeople Inc., provides artwork that may or may not be the subject of trademark and/or copyright protection by other third parties. If you use a TeesforthePeople.com designer and the graphical materials the designer may provide to you to design products for your campaign, all rights, title and interest in and to the designs remain the property of TeesforthePeople Inc.
TeesforthePeople Inc., has the sole discretion to deny the use of campaigns that are considered to be defamatory, obscene, offensive, profane, slanderous (according to standards established by the CRTC, FCC and Fed. Ct.), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability, sexual orientation or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for TeesforthePeople Inc., production. TeesforthePeople Inc., reserves the right to terminate any campaign at will and immediately if it deems it necessary.
You agree not to use TeesforthePeople.com to create and sell any material or run campaigns that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
You agree not to use a third party intellectual property without the implied or licensed consent of the intellectual property owner and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold TeesforthePeople Inc., and its affiliates, associates and/or assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to your use of [website] and the service, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Our users are absolutely prohibited from using the service to sell merchandise that infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity). We accept no liability where users of our service have infringed the rights of third parties, however, we will (in our discretion and/or upon receipt of proof of infringing activity) remove the user's content from products and, as the case may be, terminate the user’s access to our services in the event of continued verifiable infringement.
This site is controlled and operated by TeesforthePeople Inc., from Ottawa Ontario, Canada. We make no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations within the United States or Canada do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
