BRAIN INJURY Anywhere Anytime Anyone
Brain injury occurs Anywhere, Anytime, to Anyone. In an instant a life is changed, forever. Everyday activities produce endless risks for brain injury; a car accident, contact during sports or a blow to the head. Brain injury is more common than breast cancer, HIV / AIDS, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis combined. It receives less than .25% (1/4 of 1%) of charitable funding than the conditions listed combined receive. The Brain Injury Association of Canada exists to assist Canadians rebuild their future by providing support and raising awareness, funding research and saving lives lost through death or visible and non visible disabilities. Please help us continue to work towards better prevention and early detection of acquired brain Injuries by buying a shirt and sharing our story. Feel free to share a Selfie in your shirt on our facebook page and twitter account.
